As of right now, I am writing this entry in a car, to my parent’s friend’s vacation home. Today is my dad’s birthday, so we are celebrating it at the vacation home. For the past 2 days my dad and I have worked on preparing the food for today. Every now and then I got on the computer and checked up on stuff. As you can see now the website is starting to piece together. After late nights of cooking, I worked on the website until sunrise.. In the effect of doing this, I become sleepy and my sleeping schedule gets totally out of whack.
This morning, after completing part of the website I greeted my dad with a happy birthday, and gathered my clothes for the day. Copying things on to the laptop, I rushed as we got ready for the roadtrip to the vacation home (The vacation home is about 2.5 hours from where we live, by a lake in Georgia) .

Writing my first professional blog seems intimidating at first, but I need to learn sometime. Working with Wordpress has been a real pain for me until I realized the ease of coding and designing for it. With Photoshop and Dreamweaver, I can really weave up a dream on the net that validates CSS and HTML. Now that my blog is coming together, I am starting to feel comfortable with Wordpress and it’s features, but there are a few things on here that still puzzle me. Thanks to the support and guides from Wordpress, I can learn from other users about the usability of template tags.
Aside from other things, blogging at 3:00 AM in the morning is starting to be a bad habit. With school coming up, I really need to crank out my A game. My SAT book arrived in the mail, pretty good condition for a cheap price on Amazon.com. But aside from SAT’s I need to work on my summer reading assignments, such as The Sun Also Rises and watching a french movie.
This weekend is my dad’s birthday and during that time I will be away from home celebrating his birthday at my mom’s coworker’s vacation home. Of course I’ll bring my laptop =D. Also, I will be staying with my sister in Athens after the celebration, so that I can soley concentrate on my summer work and SAT’s. Until then, I have to get my website up to date.
