Happy Birthday! (to me)
So yes, it’s official. Today, yours truly turns 18 and is now legally able to do stuff like watch porn, go to war, and apply for a position at Hollywood Video yet still cannot drink in the United States. Grievances aside, today is a day of celebration . . . no matter who wins tonight at the Super Bowl (preferably the Giants but I’m not wasting my wish on that), I am still a winner nonetheless. Here are some other winners (or those I share my birthday with) according to the interwebs:

Tony and Emmy award-winning actor Nathan Lane (of The Birdcage and The Producers-fame) turns 52.

American writer who lived in France Gertrude Stein (of modern American art and literature-fame) would have turned 134.

Iconic American illustrator, Norman Rockwell (known for his Saturday Evening Post cartoons and having three wives <not at the same time>) would have turned 114.

Another Tony and Emmy-award winner, actress Blythe Danner (of giving birth to Gwyneth Paltrow-fame) turns 64.

And finally, the glamorous Morgan Fairchild (known for being nude in provocative roles like the attractive older woman and as a three-year board member of the SAG <not a joke about her breasts, but the Screen Actors Guild>) turns 57.
