The Chicken Wing Massacre!

So for the Super Bowl, I had the pleasure of making chicken wings. Now this task includes buying the chicken, cutting up the chicken, slaughtering and breaking off their limbs, and placing them in a bowl to be mixed in a special seasoning to be later fried at my friend’s Super Bowl. Now, I won’t go into detail with the special sauce that I used and the exact measurements, but I will reveal the ingredients I used as well as pictures depicting the chicken massacre that has occured. Apple Crisp Dessert

So I was sorta bored last night and decided that I wanted to make Apple Crisp, which is a very simple version of any Apple Pie recipe. To start, grab 3-4 apples, brown sugar, sugar, flour, butter (room temperature), cinnamon, pastry cutter, mixing bowl, 9 inch-or-so baking dish (I used a round one), apple peeler, and a handy dandy knife. How to Make Chinese Donuts

Coming home from my job, I decided to go to Kroger and purchase Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits. My boss told me his secret for Chinese Donuts at the restaurant, and I even saw it in action. So first I got a 4 pack of the 10 biscuit can and drove home as fast as I could just because I was craving these donuts. And so the baking/cooking begins.

Heat up about 3 pints to a quart of oil in a pot, or if you have a deep fryer, that would be perfect.

Wait about 10 minutes or so for oil to be super hot.

The Chicken Adobo Massacre!

A box of chicken for Chicken Adobo One dark and stormy night, (not really stormy, but you get the idea) 4 jumbo sized packs of frozen chicken await their delimbification on the countertop of doom! Okay, well, my dad and I made Chicken Adobo for an event at church, which called for alot of chicken. Cutting and cleaning all the chicken for the dish, we tired away through the night. Pancit on a Random Day

Today, my dad had called me to the kitchen and help prepare pancit. What is pancit? Pancit is a Filipino dish containing noodles and vegetables, sometimes with seafood and meat, mixed with special seasoning and sauces. So today, I helped cut vegetables, preheat left over barbeque and chop them for the wok. On a wok, vegetables and meat are dropped and sauteed over medium heat.
